Location: the hotel was near jungle and thus quiet and very relaxing, a private beach club and Xpu-ha beach. The breakfast was savoury with variety of meals to choose from. The staff was professional on arrival and throughout the stay.

The accommodation here was fantastic with a very clean pool, comfortable beds, a stylish and luxurious bedroom, and even a bath included.

Nestled amidst the lush greenery, this hotel is a place where luxury meets relaxation. the service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and professional. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch and offered a wide range of beauty treatments and massages. the swimming pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers with beach umbrellas for relaxation. the exclusive amenities in the room were a cherry on top of this luxurious holiday.

The only minor issue that I found was that the outdoor dining area was always busy with live entertainment, making it difficult to find seating. the packed lunches made up for it.

I loved the morning sunrises and sunsets. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the pool was always clean. The staff were very attentive, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location was close to everything and had plenty of parking available.

Stayed in the midst of nature, surrounded by bird song, and enjoyed a wonderful forest experience. Received prompt and attentive service from the pleasant staff who made our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was exquisite and the stylish decor created a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

Getting there was difficult as public transport was not available and the road leading to the hotel was in poor condition. It was also inconvenient that there were no nearby restaurants or bike rentals.

During my stay at Xcacel Dreams, I had the most amazing experience of being the only guest at the resort. This meant that I received personalized attention and felt like I had the whole place to myself. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I also loved the location within the natural landscape, surrounded by beautiful views of the pool, bar, and garden. The room's balcony provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, and I especially enjoyed swimming in the pool fed by cenote water. I had a fantastic time at Xcacel Dreams and would highly recommend it to others.
